All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Revision Policy

Depending on the package you choose, we offer revisions. Customers can request an unlimited number of free revisions at no additional cost, as long as the design and concept remain the same. Revision turnaround time is 48 hours.

Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee

Once initial design concepts are approved or a revision is requested, deposited funds will not be refunded unless CraftTech Innovators cancels the contract for reasons unrelated to client breach or non-performance.

All refund requests are handled as follows:

  • Before delivery of initial concepts: Full refund (less 10% processing fee).
  • Within 48 hours of receiving initial designs: 66% refund (less 10% processing fee).
  • Between 48–120 hours of receiving initial designs: 33% refund (less 10% processing fee).
  • After 120 hours: No refunds will be processed.


If no activity occurs on an order for 30 days, it will be considered inactive and ineligible for a refund. Reactivating such an order will require a fee.

Once final files are delivered, no refunds will be issued.

For website projects, refunds are not available once the site goes live.

For video animation, no refunds will be given after the storyboard phase.

Once a refund is processed, you forfeit any rights to the designs delivered, and CraftTech Innovators will retain all rights to those materials.

Our client dashboard is your main communication hub. It is your responsibility to check your account regularly for updates, messages, or revision instructions. Failure to do so may impact revision or refund eligibility.

Domain & Hosting

Where included, domain and hosting services are free with our website packages. Emails can be configured with Outlook or other clients and come with 10MB storage each. Hosting is required to activate email services.

Delivery Policy

Design files are delivered via the “My Account” section by the date mentioned in your order confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your files are ready. Rush delivery options are available for an additional $100 to receive logo samples within 48 hours.

Record Maintenance

We maintain a backup of your final files for easy access. You can request them again at any time.
